After a lengthy argument that was more both of them shouting over one another, Izayoi had managed to drag her and Sesshomaru apart long enough to explain the rules of the challenge. Kagome was grateful that her friend had managed to keep her head, and felt bad for allowing her temper to distract her from their goal.
